Honeycomb Salon started as an idea between two best friends and evolved into their dream salon. Ashley and Shelby wanted to create a salon that kept their clients in mind for every step of the way. That includes everything from the location of the salon to how the salon is laid out and decorated. Everything was done to create a comfortable environment for the client. We wanted to create a place you can come to keep up on the latest styles and techniques in a fun and comfortable environment with people that you trust. Because at Honeycomb Salon our clients truly become our friends.

Policies and Procedures
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, however please understand that rescheduling may be in order. If you must cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance so that we may accommodate another guest who may be waiting for a service. Please advise your service provider of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service.
At Honeycomb we are committed to complete guest satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact our front desk team within 48 hours of your service to book a complementary adjustment within two weeks of your appointment. The adjustment appointment will be scheduled with the same service provider who performed the original service. To determine any complimentary services we must see your hair in person to make a complete assessment.
Children at Salon:
Honeycomb strives to be a place where our guests can totally relax. For this reason and for the safety of your child, we ask that any child not receiving a service remain seated preferably in the waiting area. We cannot assure the safety of children in our professional environment as there are many sharp and hot tools being used on the salon floor. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
We strictly require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all services. Please keep in mind that “no shows” and “last minute cancellations” leave our service providers with empty appointment times. We may have turned away another guest who would have enjoyed that time slot. In accordance with this policy, all missed appointments will be charged a “no show fee” which will be half of the missed service price. This fee must be paid PRIOR to booking a new appointment. PLEASE NOTE*** Due to the nature of her services and high demand, Sarah Chavez will charge a “no show fee” of the FULL SERVICE cost if the client does not show up for their appointment.
Gift Card Policy:
Our gift cards can be used towards any service at the salon and for purchase of products. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards may not be returned or used to purchase another gift card. Honeycomb is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. We cannot redeem a git card that is not present.
We know it happens, sometimes a product does not do what you want it to. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product, you are welcome to bring the product back for an exchange within 30 days of original purchase. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange that have been used more than a few times. A REFUND will only be issued if the product is NOT OPENED/USED.
